We are looking for some new folks to join the CNS Board of Directors. The following positions are open:

Treasurer (1 position)
Responsibilities include:

• Prepare monthly and yearly budgets while continually monitoring expenditure

• Implement organizational policies regarding documentation and accounting of receipts and other financial information

• Submit periodic reports detailing the organization’s present financial situation and forecasting the coming quarter

• Handle all incoming and outgoing banking transactions on behalf of the organization

Secretary (1 position)
Responsibilities include:

• Ensure our CNS online store and inventory are up to date

• Keep track of memberships 

• Record and type up Board & AGM meeting minutes 

• Oversee the CNS website ​

Development Chair (1 position)

Responsibilities include:

• Communicate development standards and requirements

• Facilitate the approval of new volunteers who are seeking to borrow the route development kit. 

• Facilitate the approval of new volunteers who are seeking route development hardware support. 

• Maintain a list of CNS members approved for hardware and development kit support

• Maintain stock of hardware and development kit supplies​

Member at Large (1 position)

Responsibilities include:

• No specific duties unless assigned by the President or a board committee. Has the same rights and responsibilities as other board members.
